Rich is available around the clock to provide confidential mental health support and guidance to any employee-owner who needs it. No one builds alone, and no one has to struggle alone. Panels are up at the Cavco Industries, Inc. manufacturing facility in El Mirage. The 616,000 sq. ft. build continues to deliver with predictability thanks to tight coordination on-site alongside Willmeng Construction, Inc. and Rider Levett Bucknall RLB.

Progress is being made in Downtown Phoenix. Our crews are working hard to deliver the structural concrete for the new Maricopa County Elections Facility. Partnering with CORE, we’re tackling a highly complex build featuring a large 30-foot below-grade basement and three floors above ground.

Progress on Phase 2 of the Airpark Logistics Center in Goodyear, Arizona. Our crews are proud to collaborate with Willmeng Construction, Inc. on this impressive 1.5 million-square-foot industrial development for Prologis. Located adjacent to the Phoenix-Goodyear Airport, these facilities will play a key role in expanding regional logistics infrastructure and supply chain solutions across the Southwest. Safety begins with giving every person a voice. In recognition of OSHA Safe + Sound Week, we want to emphasize our commitment to hazard prevention and employee empowerment. Every team member is fully backed to exercise Stop Work Authority and report near misses or unsafe conditions without hesitation. Controlling risks before they lead to injuries requires continuous, intentional leadership from everyone on site. Thank you to our entire team for taking daily ownership of jobsite safety and looking out for one another.
