Suntec designed. Suntec built. Structural work is actively taking shape at Catalina Village in Tucson, alongside our partners at Mortenson. On-site, Suntec Concrete is handling mat slab pours and rising structural columns. Seamless integration between our engineering and field teams delivers quality and predictability from day one for Mortenson Development and the University of Arizona.

Suntec designed. Suntec built. A great day on-site this week with the FCL Builders, LLC and Suntec Concrete project teams at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics! Regular site walks are essential to how we ensure precision, constructability, and predictable outcomes for our clients.

Building for a purpose! Our Suntec Engineering & Design team had a blast partnering with LJC, Solutions AEC, and Clayco for this year’s Canstruction Phoenix competition! Together, our teams designed and built a massive KraCAN sculpture, complete with a working lighthouse and sandbar. Every single food item used in these builds will be donated directly to St. Mary's Food Bank to help fight hunger across our community. We are incredibly proud to put our design skills to work and give back to the community where we live and build every day!

Suntec designed. Suntec built. When site constraints are tight, every inch counts. To maximize clear height for the 59Bell project, our team engineered a custom castellated steel beam roofing system, which was fabricated and supplied by Next Level Steel, LLC. From the foundation and tilt panels constructed by Suntec Concrete, all the way up to the roof, our team unlocked maximum vertical space for one of our most compact tilted footprints to date. Congrats to our partners at Opus and Deutsch Architecture Group as this project comes to life!
