The Her Impact Initiative is our way of turning passion into purpose by giving fans the opportunity to directly impact our community through the donation of a block of 25 tickets to those who may not otherwise have the chance to attend a match. These tickets open the door for kids, families, and community groups facing financial barriers to experience the energy of matchday, feel connected to something bigger, and create memories that last far beyond the final whistle. March is Women’s History Month, a time to recognize the women who lead, build, serve, and strengthen our community every single day. On March 18, Tampa Bay Sun FC will host our Women’s Empowerment Match, and we are proud to introduce something new, the Her Impact Initiative. The Her Impact Initiative gives our partners the opportunity to sponsor and recognize a dedicated group of women who are making a difference across Tampa Bay. From business leaders and entrepreneurs to educators, healthcare professionals, nonprofit executives, and first responders, this program is designed to uplift and celebrate their impact in a meaningful way. Participating partners can host a sponsored group at the match, receive in-stadium recognition, and be featured in dedicated social content following the game to amplify the stories of the women they chose to honor. It is about visibility, access, and intentional celebration. This is more than a match. It is about creating space to celebrate leadership, amplify impact, and invest in the continued advancement of women on and off the pitch. What it means to us: • 1 of 1 women’s professional teams in Tampa. • 74% women-led front office. • Every head technical staff role is led by a woman, the only club in American professional soccer to do so. • 1 of 4 female coaches in the Gainbridge Super League • 1 of 3 head goalkeeper coaches in American soccer.
