Summer is officially underway at vineyard vines! This week, we welcomed our Summer 2026 Intern class—a talented group of students representing colleges and universities from across the country. We kicked things off with a little school spirit, as the crew proudly repped their schools, and even made a stop at one of our local stores to give them a firsthand look at life in our retail world. Over the next ten weeks, they'll gain meaningful experiences, build new connections, and have plenty of fun along the way. We had an incredible College Visit Week at vineyard vines HQ, welcoming students from Fairfield University, Sacred Heart University, and Greenwich Academy! 🐳 Each visit brought fresh perspectives, thoughtful questions, and great energy. From diving into our brand story to hearing firsthand from teams across the business - and a special opportunity to learn directly from our founders, Shep and Ian Murray - it was a week full of meaningful conversations and connections. Across all three visits, a few themes stood out: curiosity, collaboration, and a genuine eagerness to learn more about different career paths. It was exciting to see students engage with our teams and get a behind-the-scenes look at how our culture comes to life every day. In honor of Women’s History Month, yesterday we had the privilege of bringing together a panel of four inspiring female leaders from across our organization for a thoughtful conversation titled “Careers Aren’t Linear: Growth Through Opportunities, Not Just Titles", led by our SVP of People, Emily Campbell. Each of these women shared their personal journeys—highlighting moments where they took risks, leaned into new opportunities, and made meaningful impact across their careers and education paths. They also offered powerful reminders for all of us to think beyond the traditional “next step” mindset—because growth isn’t always about a promotion; sometimes it’s about the experiences that shape where you’re meant to go next. It's no secret that the holiday season is a busy time for retail, and this year was no exception. Every year brings new challenges—and new opportunities for our teams to go above and beyond for our customers. What makes it all possible is the incredible collaboration and teamwork of our people. This year highlighted the unique sense of community and collaboration that comes from being part of a family-run business. Our teams came together to support one another, whether in stores, behind the scenes, or online, making sure our customers had an exceptional experience. From preparing stores, updating the website, and fulfilling orders, to helping teammates wherever needed, everyone contributed in meaningful ways. Your hard work, teamwork, and commitment made a real difference, and we couldn’t be prouder. Thank you to everyone who rolled up their sleeves, supported one another, and brought our holiday spirit to life—your efforts made this season truly special.

Every Thanksgiving, we bring the team together for a (mostly) friendly game of dodgeball and an incredible holiday meal.
