Key Responsibilities
Oversee the monthly close process for multiple entities totaling approximately $350M in revenue
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior and staff accountants
Maintain and oversee internal controls and annual controls assessments for U.S. and Canadian operations
Partner closely with operations, pricing, and finance leadership to drive process improvements and strategic initiatives
Approve treasury activities, including weekly disbursements and wire releases
Serve as a key contact for internal and external audits
Support ERP implementation and finance process optimization efforts
Assist with additional accounting and operational projects as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
CPA strongly preferred
5–7 years of public accounting experience with manufacturing or product-based clients at the Manager level preferred OR
5–7 years of progressive accounting experience within manufacturing, distribution, or another product-based environment
Prior leadership or supervisory experience managing accounting staff
Strong systems and ERP experience preferred
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
