We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution center environment. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting, end-user support, and close collaboration with operations teams to ensure seamless IT services.

🔧 Must-Have Technical / Functional Skills

• Strong troubleshooting experience with desktops and printers
• Hands-on experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
• Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow tool

📌 Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for the Shepherdsville location
• Train all new hires on McKesson processes, procedures, and proprietary software (Scale Server)
• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of designated IT equipment
• Conduct daily health checks for 300+ printers and 150+ workstations
• Manage IT asset maintenance, disposal, and inventory tracking
• Deploy EUC devices and equipment within defined SLAs
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Handle IT stockroom management
• Respond to user inquiries, manage escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to resolve and prevent technical issues
• Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency through technology
