Base pay range
$89,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Distribution Center Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive operational excellence within our warehouse and logistics environment. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective management of receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping processes.

What You’ll Do
Oversee all aspects of distribution center operations, including receiving, storage, fulfillment, shipping, and returns
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of supervisors and warehouse associates
Drive performance through KPIs focused on efficiency, accuracy, safety, and service levels
Champion a culture of safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
Implement Lean methodologies to improve productivity and reduce waste
Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and material handling to increase throughput and control costs
Manage inventory control processes to minimize shrinkage and maximize accuracy
Oversee labor planning, staffing, budgets, and equipment maintenance
Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, transportation, procurement, and customer service teams
Build strong vendor and carrier relationships
Promote employee engagement through recognition, communication, and alignment with company values
Continuously identify and implement process improvements
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4–6 yearsof experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution center management
Proven experience leading large teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop employees
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Experience with Lean methodologies, continuous improvement, and waste reduction
Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices
Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence
OSHA certification or safety training (preferred)
