Pay: $20/hour

Must be local to Buffalo, NY area!!

We are seeking an Inventory Operations Coordinator with a strong focus on SAP ERP transactions, inventory management, logistics coordination, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and maintain accurate transactions in the SAP ERP system.
• Support daily plant operations alongside Operations Managers and Supervisors.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels and inventory records.
• Maintain documentation and ensure proper record retention.
• Coordinate shipments with common carriers and transportation providers.
• Communicate customer order status and shipment updates to internal stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between Operations and other departments.
• Manage relationships with local vendors and service providers.
• Support compliance with safety, regulatory, and company requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• SAP ERP experience.
• Warehouse and distribution operations knowledge.
• Inventory control and management.
• Logistics and transportation coordination.
• Data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Customer order fulfillment support.
• Vendor and carrier management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with multiple business systems and processes.
• Problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
