Inventory Coordinator

Location: Gardena, CA (On‑Site)

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable Inventory Coordinator to support day‑to‑day inventory operations at our Gardena facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting warehouse and operations teams, and maintaining efficient inventory flow in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular counts and reconciliations
• Track inbound and outbound inventory, including receiving, transfers, and shipments
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
• Maintain inventory records within ERP or inventory management systems
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams to support inventory needs
• Prepare inventory reports and documentation as required
• Support cycle counts, audits, and physical inventory processes
• Ensure inventory procedures align with company standards and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in inventory coordination, warehouse operations, or supply chain support
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with inventory systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to analyze data and resolve discrepancies
• Effective communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
• Comfortable working in an on‑site, warehouse or operations environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments
• Familiarity with cycle counting and inventory control best practices

Work Environment

• On‑site role based in Gardena, CA
• Standard business hours with potential overtime during peak periods

Compensation & Benefits

• $24 to $27 per hour
