Position Summary: This is a great opportunity for an early-career accounting professional who wants to build real, hands-on experience in a fast-paced finance environment. You'll be involved in day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliation, and reporting gaining exposure to key financial processes that directly impact the business. If you're detail oriented, strong in Excel, and ready to grow your accounting career, this role sets the foundation. This role is on-site Monday - Thursday and remote on Fridays. Salary $55K
Responsibilities:
Reconcile credit card statements and investigate discrepancies
Monitor and validate billing calculations for accuracy
Prepare and assist with quarterly tax filings
Enter and maintain general ledger journal entries (NetSuite experience is a plus)
Partner with third-party vendors to ensure contract rate accuracy
Support financial reporting and expense analysis
Assist the Director of Finance with ongoing projects and ad hoc request
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management
4+ years of professional work experience (accounting or related experience preferred)
Intermediate Excel skills required (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data organization)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
