Compensation: $25–$30/hr (depending on experience)

Locations: Nashville, TN, or Atlanta, GA, or Detroit, MI

Position: Level 2 Helpdesk Engineer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Level 2 Helpdesk Engineer to join their team!

Responsibilities:
  • Handle escalated L2 helpdesk tickets across multiple client environments
  • Troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365/Active Directory
  • Own and resolve tickets end-to-end while meeting SLA expectations
  • Provide remote and occasional onsite support
  • Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base improvement
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • 2–3+ years of IT support experience (L2)
  • Strong troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, networking basics, and enterprise apps
  • Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN concepts
  • Strong communication and customer service skills in a client-facing environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
  • Multi-client support experience
  • Familiarity with Kaseya, AutoTask, or IT Glue
  • CompTIA or Microsoft certifications
  • Exposure to Windows/Mac environments
