What You’ll Do:

As our Pricing Analyst, you’ll play a key role in developing and optimizing pricing models that drive both competitiveness and profitability. Your work will directly support strategic decision-making and help ensure pricing integrity across the business.

• Develop and maintain pricing models for new and existing customer contracts, including RFQ/RFP pricing.
• Analyze gross margin performance by customer, product, and service line to identify margin pressure and recommend pricing adjustments.
• Evaluate promotional pricing initiatives and measure their financial impact on profitability.
• Conduct customer-level and product-level P&L analysis to support strategic account decisions.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and integrity within the ERP system.
• Build monthly and quarterly dashboards to track pricing KPIs such as price realization, discount rates, and margin trends.
• Use BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau, along with advanced Excel, to analyze large datasets and turn insights into action.
• Partner closely with sales to review pricing proposals and align them with company margin goals.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations to calculate accurate cost structures for new and existing product launches.
• Support finance during budgeting and forecasting cycles with pricing-related insights and analysis.

About YOU:

• 3–5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a related field within manufacturing, packaging, distribution, or B2B supply chain environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, Power Query, and financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Navision, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with BI and reporting tools, including Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate findings clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
