About Us
At Villa Dolce, we’ve always believed dessert is more than a course; it’s the final impression guests carry with them long after the meal ends.
When we founded the company in 2001, our goal wasn’t simply to bring authentic Italian gelato to the United States. It was to bring the spirit behind it — the tradition of slowing down, sharing something extraordinary, and creating moments of connection around the table.
Today, we’re honored to partner with chefs and hospitality teams across restaurants, hotels, and venues nationwide who understand that the last bite matters just as much as the first.
Every flavor we craft begins with pure, globally sourced ingredients — Sicilian citrus, Madagascar vanilla, Belgian chocolate — and is guided by time-honored Italian techniques and modern precision. The process matters because it defines the experience that follows.
When dessert is done right, it doesn’t just satisfy, it brings people together. We’re grateful to everyone who trusts us to be part of that moment.
