2. About the Opportunity:

The Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative role is designed to deliver direct support to members regarding their healthcare benefits. This position focuses on resolving inquiries related to Medicare enrollments, billing, claims, and benefits through inbound calls. The role is essential for enabling members to understand and utilize their healthcare plans effectively, contributing to improved customer satisfaction and streamlined service delivery.


3. Responsibilities:

• Manage a consistent volume of incoming calls about benefits, enrollment, eligibility, invoicing, and claims.

• Clearly explain Medicare Part D, Part C Medicare Advantage Programs, and Dual Special Needs Program details.

• Actively listen to customer needs and provide accurate, thorough answers, including callbacks and follow-ups.

• Aim for one-call resolution by anticipating and addressing unasked questions.

• Navigate members’ plan benefits and apply policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• Use multiple systems to provide accurate information.

• Effectively multitask during calls.

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.

• Maintain politeness and focus on delivering high-quality service.


4. Requirements:

• Successful completion of a customer service assessment and typing test on a computer.

• Minimum of six months customer service experience.

• High school diploma, GED, or college degree.

• 100% attendance in a mandatory paid training program.

• Successful background check.

• Ability to maintain a distraction-free workspace under continuous monitoring.

• Reliable home internet with specified speed and ability to hardwire computer via ethernet.

• Quiet, clutter-free home workspace without unauthorized items or interruptions.


5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The estimated pay rate is $16.00 per hour.

• Pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.

• The position may be eligible for bonuses or incentives based on business needs.

• Paid time off accrued after 180 days of employment.
