We partner with many of the biggest names in sports, retail, and entertainment, delivering products to fans across the country through major retailers, specialty channels, and e-commerce.

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and highly organized Sales Coordinator / Account Manager to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent college graduate or someone with 1-3 years of professional experience who is looking to build a long-term career in sales, consumer products, and the sports industry.

Position Overview

This role offers hands-on exposure to the sales process while providing direct support to senior sales leaders and managing a portfolio of smaller customer accounts. The successful candidate will gain experience working across sales, customer service, operations, and product development, making it an excellent foundation for future growth within the organization.

This position is designed for someone who is eager to learn, willing to take initiative, and excited about building relationships with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned customer accounts
  • Support senior sales team members in account management, reporting, and customer communication
  • Assist with product presentations, customer meetings, and sales proposals
  • Coordinate closely with customer service, operations, and product teams to ensure successful order execution
  • Track customer opportunities, orders, and follow-up activities
  • Analyze sales trends and customer performance data
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Help identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and problem solving
  • Support trade shows, customer events, and other sales initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0-3 years of professional experience in sales, business, marketing, sports management, or a related field
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Positive attitude, coachability, and a willingness to learn
  • Interest in sports, consumer products, retail, or licensed merchandise is a plus
