A confidential client is seeking a Senior Corporate Collections Manager to lead a centralized accounts receivable and collections team supporting 100+ business units. This is a high-impact contract role for a hands-on leader who can drive cash collections, team performance, and process improvements in a complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Corporate Collection Managers and contract staff
Oversee large, multi-entity AR portfolios and collections strategy
Serve as escalation point for complex or high-risk accounts
Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve past-due balances and billing issues
Guide lien rights, bond claims, and escalation strategies
Build and maintain Excel-based reporting (aging, tracking, dashboards)
Improve workflows, accountability, and collections effectiveness
Qualifications
7+ years of commercial collections experience (construction or related industry preferred)
Proven leadership experience in collections or AR teams
Strong knowledge of lien laws, bond claims, and collections processes
