SEO Specialist

Robert Half Marketing and Creative has a client looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will support a diverse portfolio of clients by implementing and developing SEO strategies to enhance their online visibility. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with an estimated commitment of 20-40 hours per month, depending on client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Implement targeted SEO tactics as directed by account leads to support client objectives.

• Perform website audits, optimize site structures, and implement schema markup to improve search engine performance.

• Develop and execute keyword research and content optimization strategies to align with client goals.

• Utilize tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics to analyze data and provide actionable insights.

• Create detailed performance reports and communicate results to account leads.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive execution across multiple client accounts.

• Apply AI-driven SEO techniques and generative optimization strategies to enhance client outcomes.

• Develop full-scale SEO strategies for select clients when requested, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.

• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new approaches to maintain competitive advantage.

• A minimum of 7 years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of success across multiple clients.
• Expertise in AI-driven optimization and generative engine optimization strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, MozLocal, GA4, and Google Search Console.
• Strong technical skills, including experience with schema markup and basic JavaScript for SEO implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to execute SEO strategies effectively, not just plan them.
• Experience managing SEO efforts across diverse client portfolios.
• Exceptional communication and time management skills to ensure timely delivery of work.
• Preferred qualifications include agency experience, Google Analytics certifications, and knowledge of Python or automation scripting.
