Base pay range
$55.00/hr - $65.00/hr
Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Business Analyst to support a Compliance Registrations team. This role will focus on documenting current processes, gathering requirements, and partnering with IT to enhance and automate workflows. Responsibilities:
Document current registration workflows, rules, and processes
Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
Partner with IT to support system design, enhancements, and automation efforts
Identify and analyze data sources for potential integration
Support testing efforts, including UAT and business sign-off
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Requirements
Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in compliance or regulated environments
Strong experience creating business requirements documents (BRDs)
Ability to work closely with IT teams on system implementations
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Experience with registration/licensing (e.g., FINRA, NFA)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
