💰 $80,000 – $110,000 + Bonus (OTE: $150,000+)
Are you working in engineering, applications, project management or technical sales within bulk material handling or processing equipment… but know you could be doing more commercially?

We’re working with a well-established, privately held bulk material handling systems company that is looking to hire and develop the next generation of sales talent within the business.
This is not a “throw you a phone and tell you to sell” type of role.
You’ll work closely with a senior industry expert who is approaching retirement over the next few years, giving you direct mentorship, hands-on training and real exposure to customers, applications and complex system sales.
If you have the technical foundation and the right attitude, they will teach you the commercial side.
The Company:
Our client designs and delivers engineered bulk material handling systems across a variety of industries.
This is a turnkey, consultative business focused on solving customer problems through engineered solutions - not simply selling catalog equipment.

What You’ll Do:
Learn the company’s systems, applications and customer processes
Work alongside senior sales leadership and experienced engineers
Support and eventually lead customer meetings and sales calls
Develop relationships with plastics processors and manufacturers
Help identify new opportunities and grow existing accounts
Travel to customer sites and spend meaningful time in the field
Progress into a full technical sales leadership role over time
What They’re Looking For:
Background in bulk material handling, processing equipment or capital equipment
Could be coming from engineering, applications, project engineering, service or technical sales
Strong communication skills and commercial curiosity
Someone who enjoys solving problems and working directly with customers
Humility, work ethic and willingness to learn
