Behavioral Health Counseling is a telehealth therapy service provided by OpenLoop Health. We are looking for clinicians that can have consistent scheduled availability on our platform and help improve patient’s acuity through timely access to quality care. OpenLoop providers treat the standard outpatient population within their scope of practice (we do not work with high risk populations). Our patients are from many diverse backgrounds including race, ethnicity, LGBQT+, faith-based, etc.. What a Telemedicine Therapist Will Do
Provide individual counseling to adult patients for primary mental health conditions
Appropriate documentation of encounter in EHR (Healthie)
Develop tailored care plans following each encounter
Adhere to established standards for documentation quality
Collaborate with patients to develop basic problem-solving skills and strategies
Who a Telemedicine Therapist Is
Provider with a high level of empathy and supports victims in crisis situations with sensitivity and awareness to diverse cultural, ethnic/social backgrounds, values, attitudes, and languages
A team member, providing support, mentorship, and constructive feedback in interpersonal interactions
Adaptable to the changing needs of the patients we serve
Can establish rapport, trust, and boundaries with patients
What You Bring
(Required) Masters in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling
(Preferred) Doctorate in Supervising Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling
Active State License(s)
Strong communication and diagnostic skills
Access to personal computer or laptop with webcam

Scheduled mental health sessions typically lasting up to 60 minutes, including documentation (45 minute visit with 15 minutes of white time)
New state license cost reimbursement (dependent on provider performance and company care access needs)

Real-time patient charting
Adherence to company policies and procedures
Documentation due immediately upon completion of a session
Maintain annual renewal of any state licensure
Maintain active communication with OpenLoop in all clinical and schedule matters
Capable of using technology effectively (able to manage different apps, browser, etc.)
