Our flagship initiative is the rollout of modular wellness clinics, and enterprise wellness ecosystems nationwide.
We are seeking a high-performing executive to lead strategic partnerships, national expansion, and enterprise growth.
Position Overview
The VP of Wellness Partnerships will lead the national growth strategy for The Wellness Group’s embedded wellness clinic platform.
This role combines:
• Strategic business development
• Enterprise sales
• Healthcare infrastructure expansion
• Partnership economics
• Operational rollout strategy
• Revenue-sharing negotiations
• National scaling initiatives
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, operationally minded, and excited to help redefine how consumers access preventative healthcare and longevity services.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships & Enterprise Growth
• Develop and execute national partnership strategy with major chains.
• Structure revenue-share agreements and long-term strategic partnerships
• Identify high-value deployment opportunities.
• Lead negotiations for national and regional rollouts
Wellness Clinic Expansion
• Oversee deployment strategy for modular wellness clinics
• Coordinate expansion plans with operations, construction, pharmacy, and provider teams
• Support site selection and market prioritization
• Collaborate with leadership on franchise, licensing, or JV opportunities
Revenue & Commercial Strategy
• Drive clinic revenue growth across:
• Peptides
• Weight loss programs / GLP-1s
• Hormone optimization
• IV therapy
• Diagnostics and lab testing
• Longevity programs
• Retail wellness products
• Optimize partnership economics and per-location profitability
• Develop recurring membership and subscription strategies
Executive Relationship Management
• Build relationships with C-suite executives across fitness, healthcare, hospitality, and wellness industries
• Represent The Wellness Group at conferences, investor meetings, and strategic events
• Serve as a senior advisor internally on market trends and partnership opportunities
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Work closely with:
• C suite
• Clinical Operations
• Pharmacy Operations
• Marketing
• Legal & Compliance
• Construction / Deployment
• Finance
• Help build scalable systems and operational playbooks for national growth
Qualifications
Required
• 7+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, healthcare partnerships, fitness/wellness expansion, or enterprise sales
• Experience negotiating multi-location or enterprise-level partnership agreements
• Strong executive presence and relationship-building ability
• Proven track record driving revenue growth and strategic expansion
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment
• Willingness to travel nationally
