Public services shouldn’t feel like a maze. Our research looks at why “digital front doors” really matter and how residents experience them. Take a look: https://accntu.re/46Z4dvL #PublicServices [Video Description: Video shows text and animation on making government websites easier to navigate.]

The “digital front door” concept highlights an important point: AI adoption in public services is not only about automation, but about how data, context and human judgment work together. If an AI agent is expected to understand history, eligibility and urgency, route complex cases and preserve context across systems, data quality, interoperability and traceability become essential to building trust. The real transformation happens when AI simplifies access without losing accountability.

E-government is different from country to country. What is this statement that nearly the half population of country X (or the whole world maybe) cannot access services in straight line

A front door only helps if the rooms behind it got rearranged too. In my experience most public-service mazes were not really navigation problems. They were org charts showing through, in the sense that the resident is asked to know which department owns their problem before the form will let them describe it, which makes it a structural question long before it is a design one. Worth naming early.

@Accenture I’m extremely disappointed with the way my recent interview communication was handled. I received an interview invitation but was unable to attend on the scheduled date due to a genuine issue. I promptly replied to the email requesting an alternative date/time at the interviewer’s convenience. I sent two emails to Vujini Prudhvi regarding this, yet received absolutely no response. I was genuinely looking forward to the opportunity, so receiving no acknowledgement whatsoever after making a reasonable request is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. For a company of Accenture’s scale, candidates should at least receive a response regarding their interview status. There also appears to be no clearly accessible support email for candidates to raise such concerns. I request that this matter be looked into and that someone from Accenture’s recruitment team contact me regarding this.
