Pop(2) means two items from starting are removed or 2nd position item is removed??

Be aware of time complexity: * append() – O(1) amortized * extend() – O(k), where k is the number of elements added * clear() – O(n) * copy() – O(n) * count() – O(n) * index() – O(n) * insert() – O(n) * pop() – O(1) for the last element; O(n) for an element at a specific index due to shifting * remove() – O(n) * reverse() – O(n) Thank you.

Great cheat sheet. A way to tell count and index apart: count answers “how many times?” and index answers “where is the first one?”. Both show 2 here by coincidence: two matches versus position 2, counting from 0. One more to keep in mind: in-place methods like reverse() return None, so x = items.reverse() leaves x as None.
