At Monet+, our people form the core of our business. ⛰️To step back and strengthen the teams that build our solutions, we recently headed to the Vysočina region for Monettour, our annual company offsite. It was a well-balanced few days of activity, rest, and genuine connection across departments - from hiking, mountain biking, and climbing to biathlon, a local brewery visit, and evenings around the campfire with a guitar. A part of the event was recognizing this year’s 🏆 Top Gear award winners - colleagues who bring great initiative, learn new skills, support their peers, or help drive their entire team forward.
