Hi guys, I'm Amelia. I'm a Manager of Content and community here at Team and I was named one of the first MBT winners from Q1. While TEAM empowers me by giving me the trust to lead, create and bring new ideas to life, Team has also provided a space that encourages creativity, ownership of your projects, leadership and continuous development both on your professional and personal goals. And the best part is that I get to work with incredible people who believe in those same values. I have been able to grow and learn. So much during my three years that team and I, I really want to say thank you to my director Shi and the leadership team for believing in me and supporting my girls and my talents. Lastly, I want to say thank you for the nomination. I'm really proud and grateful to be part of the team and work with amazing people that do amazing stuff every single day. Amelia is such a deserving winner of the Most Valuable Teammate award because that is exactly what she is, not only to me, but so many different people at team and that's what's so special. Covers how tapped in she is to everything going on and she was a tremendous help to Shannon Romano and I and kicking off the We Are Team Field Instagram account. We really could not have done it without her. She just makes everything so seamless and easy and comfortable and that to me is the best type of teammate. Just making everything easier for everyone around her and doing it in a super cool and comforting and helpful way. So you are so deserving of this award and I'm so happy for you. Congrats. Amelia, congratulations for winning teams inaugural MVT award. There's not another person that I think of that's more deserving of this award. And you're really setting the bar high for everybody else. Whether it's the work you do on Bacardi or CMB or the countless new business pitches that you've been thrown into or even our AI newsletter, you show up with style and grace. You work hard, you're collaborative and your peers want to recognize you for that. Again, so proud of all the work that you do day in and day out and. Again, congratulations for for winning teams MBT award. I've been working with Amelia for almost three years now and I can certainly say that she is one of my most valuable teammates. Amelia comes to the table with the solutions. She's incredibly creative and always eager to learn. Thank you for always bringing the best energy, some of the best ideas. Congratulations.
