I run one test before committing four days to a conference. Can I trace something announced on stage to something teams are running in production a year later? Ignite passes the test. Microsoft announced Agent 365 at Ignite in November 2025. It's the control plane for observing, securing, and governing AI agents across an organization. It reached general availability on May 1, 2026. That's under six months from keynote to something you can deploy in your own tenant. Agent 365 solves a real problem: tracking every agent in one place, whether it was built in Copilot Studio, bundled into a SaaS product, or stood up by your devs with a Python SDK. One pane that can answer three questions about an agent: who owns it, what it can reach, and whether you can produce an audit trail when legal asks. Most leaders and practitioners I talk to can only answer one of the three! I'm carrying a fourth question to San Francisco in November. When the control plane flags an agent that made a wrong call, what does recovery look like? Detection is just the first step in an effective governance strategy. Let’s say the agent had write access and pushed changes across several systems before the flag went up. I can’t wait to hear the recommended patterns for tracing and rolling back those actions, as well as where remediation fits in the agent lifecycle. That's what November 17 through 20 is for me. Standing in front of the engineers who built Agent 365 and asking. I'm targeting the sessions on agent identity and access control, governing data that agents create, and the hands-on labs, because reading about a control plane and configuring one are different skills. Most of all, I want to hear from customers who deployed this under real audit pressure and what they learned. Now tell me yours.
