This is a well overdue addendum to the code submitted on
14-Jan-2002 02:58.  This function was called inside the GetParts function:

function concat_ws($separator, $str1, $str2){
    if(strlen($str1) && strlen($str2)){
        return $str1 . $separator . $str2;
    }
    else if (strlen($str1)){
        return $str1;
    }
    else if (strlen($str2)){
        return $str2;
    }    
    else return '';
        
}
