The 10-week virtual experience includes:

• One-on-one Mentorship from a professional Google Software Engineer (SWE).

• Access to jobs and internships through a curated job board

• Career exposure events with top employers.

Alongside 10 weeks of Google SWE mentorship, Code2Career participants will continue to have access to Discovery's evidence-based assessments, live online workshops, and practical resources ensuring they are creating a path toward a successful career journey. To be eligible for Code2Career, you must be on the Discovery platform and have completed the assessment.

you should apply if you’re:

• An undergrad student majoring in Computer Science or a related field.

• A student who has completed a course that teaches you how to use Data Structures (arrays, lists, maps, sets, trees) and Algorithms (e.g. binary search, depth-first search, breach-first search, quick sort, merge sort, etc.)

• Proficient in coding languages like Java, C++, Python, JavaScript.

• Committed to spending ≥4 hrs/week in independent coding.

• Available for weekly virtual 1:1 mentorship.

• Able to demonstrate coding proficiency through CodeSignal assessment.
