What type of music do you enjoy to listen to? 8 6 4 2 0

This question directly asks the audience what we should enter into our music video to keep people entertained while watching our music video. The results show that Romance and friends are the top two most common conventions the public expect to see within a typical music video. Taking this into account me and Laura have decided to add a narrative based music video about a romance that has currently ended and there male from the relationship is replying on his group of friends for support after the split. This should keep the audience entertained as they want a narrative based music video including romance.

This question immediately asks the audience what type of song we should pick when before creating the music video. The results show that pop is the most popular type of music the audience enjoy listening to, with indie and rock shortly behind. From these results we then decided to pick an indie pop song as this can entice two different types of audiences to listen to our music. This will help gain fans of our music video as it includes two different music genres (pop and indie).
