in/ December 2012 India has been shocked by the brutal rape of a 23-year-old, who is battling for life in a Delhi hospital. The whole country is praying for her and hoping that she will survive. The question, Will she live? occurred to me on 21 December 2012 at 9:22 pm in Bangalore [12n59, 77e35]. Lagna also gets the aspect of the 5 lord, who th th th is exalted and vargotamma, which is a huge plus because the 5 , being the 12 from the 6 house of diseases, plays a key role in ensuring the ability to win over health problems. We should also study the 3 and the 8 houses, which rule longevity. The lord of the 8 is exalted and occupies moolatrikona in navamsa, which is excellent because Sani is also the rd th natural karaka for longevity. The 3 lord occupies own star in the 5 and his dispositor Kuja as well as Kuja's dispositor Saniare both exalted. All this means that there is a high chance that she will survive. If my memory serves me right, my Jyotish Guru Wendy ji once said that the desire to make a prediction is born of the ego. This particular reading is not, and I pray that it comes true. ***
