Development Review Committee Agenda

The Development Review Committee meeting on March 9, 2009 included 6 development proposals to be reviewed that morning. The proposals included residential subdivisions, a church property, and commercial developments. The meeting was to be held in the 3rd floor conference room, and included a lunch break from 12:00 noon to 1:30 pm. The final proposal reviewed was the Woodmont Central Phase 1A, 1B, & 2 development, which proposed 2 lots on 2.31 acres in the Bethesda planning area. The next DRC meeting was scheduled for March 30, 2009.
