Constriction of urethra

-dribbling -dysuria -pain -polyuria -hematuria

Enlargement of tumor in Prostate Gland

Invasion of nearby organs

Cancer cell continue to multiply

Advance prostate cancer T3 or T4 Rectum -pain -blood in stool Seminal vesicle -pain when ejaculating -hematospermia

Cancer cells metastasis to other parts of organ through lymph & bladder
