UNIT 13: FILMS AND CINEMA SPEAKING Time: 45 minutes IV.

Procedures: Teachers activities * Pre-speaking: (5 minutes) - divide class into 3 groups standing in three lines in the middle of the class. - provide the instruction of the task: - give each Ss from three groups one kind of films and ask Ss to write one Adj describing that kind of film. - there will be 8 kinds of films: detective science fiction love story cartoon war action horror thriller - check the Ss answers - present the new or unfamiliar vocabulary if necessary. * While speaking :(24 minutes) Vocabulary: (cho vi ci tnh t vs danh t lin quan thoai l c r tm 4 5 t thoai <3) Ci phn ny nn cho lm thm task trong sgk c m anh o c sch nn cc ch xem cho ci j vo th cho nhe <3 Task 2: -Introduce the structures Sb find st/sb +adj - Ask students to go around the class and ask as many Ss as possible about their favorite kinds of film and how they think about these kinds. - make sure all Ss use the mentioned structure. - Ask Ss to present the answers they have - Check and give suggestions - Corrects students pronunciation if necessary * Post-speaking: (13 minutes) Task 4: - Ask students to work in pairs and answer the question in the task 4 Students activities - take turns to write the answer on board. -Suggested answer: interesting, boring, impressive, moving
