EXHAUST SPREAD TEMPERATURE

Terjadi perbadaan temperatur Exhaust yang tinggi antara TC TC yang


ada . Hal ini dapat disebabkan :

1. Kerusakan TC sehingga pembacaan tidak akurat.


2. Pembakaran yang tidak sempurna pada salah satu atau bebarapa
Combustion Chamber, penyebabnya antara lain:

a.Terjadi Plugging atau kebuntuan pada sejumlah Fuel Nozel, burnner


tape.
b. Terjadi kerusakan pada Liner Combustion Chamber

Akibat yang ditimbulkan:


* Kerusakan metalurgi pada Rotor jika berlangsung lama.

Allowable Spread = TTXM * TTKSPL4 + CTDA * TTKSPL3 + TTKSPL5
= TTXM * 0,1320 + CTDA * 0,08 + (30 DEG F)
TTXM = Temperature Rata-rata dari TTXD-1 s/d TTXD-12.
TTKSP 1 = Konstanta set point untuk High Temperatur Trip.
TTKSP2 = Konstanta set point untuk High Temperatur Alarm.
TTKSP3 = Konstanta set point untuk Low Temperatur Trip.
TTKSP4 = Konstanta set point untuk Low Temperatur Alarm
TTHA = TTXM + TTXSPL * TTKSP2
TTLA = TTXM TTXSPL * TTKSP4
TTHT = TTXM + TTXSPL * TTKSP1
TTHT = TTXM - TTXSPL * TTKSP3
