The document describes different stages of yarn production including acrelic tow, stretching, drawing, roving, spinning, doubling, twisting, reeling, steaming, packing. It notes the raw materials come from UK/Italy and can be mixed with natural fibers. It provides output capacities for different machines and stages ranging from 4000-6000 kg/day. It discusses optimal settings and problems that can occur if settings are not proper like bobbins filling too quickly, line breaks, and needing to slow machines.

SD and Hanks replace bobbins after 5-5.5 hours But SD and Hanks placed on 65mm casues problems. Line breaks and it is production loss. Hall1 produced 42 count 55mm used to prodice 3ply if emergency. But machine had to be slowed and only Japenese machine could do it.
