Learning objectives By the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to:
1. Read aloud the words.
2. Read and understand the passage.
3. Complete the family tree.
Activities 1. Teacher will show a family tree.
2. Pupils will be introduced to the members in the family.
They will read out the words.
3. Teacher will show a slide containing a passage about Maryams
family and the whole class will read together.
4. Some pupils will be appointed to read the passage to the class.
5. Teacher distributes an empty family tree.
6. Pupils read the passage again and while reading, they will
complete the family tree.
