Part-Time to Full Time Piano Teacher


Well Established Piano Retailer currently seeking Piano Teacher to join lesson program for
Part time to Full time Teaching for the 2014 year. Each lesson is 30mins, given on site ,
Yamaha Pianos provided, 30,000 Sq Ft location. Strong Room for growth.

Piano Teacher Position Benefits :

Steady Piano student referrals (1-10 per month on average).


Freedom to plan your own lessons based on Musical Specialty/Interest.
75-seat recital hall for concerts, performances, and music projects.
A 3-5% referral fee to any teacher that leads the purchase of a new or used piano.
Discounts towards the purchase of any new or used pianos.

$16/Hr Cash (up to $34/Hr group lessons.)

Applicant Requirements :
The ideal applicant is a self-started motivated and presentable team player. Teaching experience is required (Piano or Other). Proficiency in Piano is a must, in both
Music Theory , Piano Technique , and a general knowledge of Music. Must be
punctual and have excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
-Sales/Management Skills are a Strong Plus.
-Chinese or Spanish speaking candidates are a strong Plus.
-Candidates located in Ozone Park, Queens are also a strong Plus.
