INTRODUCTION
The guiding principle E- Recycling would be an industryled organization dedicated to effectively delivering a
system for recycling discarded electronics.
The firm would also provide a valuable flow of
information between participants in the electronics
chain of commerce viz. management of electronic
products at end-of-life.
INTRODUCTION
A hybrid recycling system model offers the best
guarantee of meeting individual state policy directions
For each implementing state, the hybrid utilizes two
organizations one that is unique to each state to
collect the government-mandated fees and to provide
program oversight, and a second that is a private firm
operating on a multi-state basis to manage the
collection/recycling system.
Innovation
The idea behind the business is to make the process of extracting the
precious metals from electronics, including old phones and computers, cheaper
and more efficient.
We would take the circuit boards that power electronics and recycles the
precious metals that come from them.
The metals that would be extracted from the old gadgets are then sold to metal
dealers and users.

Scalability
Estimations of generated e-waste volumes for 2020,
suggest that all countries generate a tremendous
amount of E-Waste.
As the number of collection centre is increased, we
would be able to collect more e-waste and recycle most
of the items which could be reused.
Social Impact
The disposing of e-waste would be solved to a great
extent. Most electronic devices contain a variety of
materials, including metals that can be recovered for
future uses. By dismantling and providing reuse
possibilities, intact natural resources are conserved and
air and water pollution caused by hazardous disposal is
avoided. Additionally, recycling reduces the amount of
greenhouse gas emissions caused by the manufacturing
of new products thus reducing all kinds of pollution and
conserving natural resource
Sustainability
E-waste is usually regarded as a waste problem, which can cause
environmental damage if not dealt with in an appropriate way.
The metals recycling process, if done properly, does nothing to
degrade the quality of the metals extracted, which means that the
precious metals in electronic products can be recycled over and over
again.
