AN ACT Amending By-law {Title IX- Committees}

BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASWSUV SENATE:

Sec. 1. Title IX-Committees read as follows:

900.00 Athletic Committee


910.00 Child Care Committee
920.00 Environmental Issues Committee
930.00 Graduation Committee
940.00 Multi-Cultural Committee
950.00 International Programs Committee
960.00 Activities Committee
970.00 Women’s Committee

Sec. 2. Title IX-Committees now read as follows:

900.00 Athletic Committee


910.00 Environmental Issues Committee
920.00 Multi-Cultural Committee
930.00 Women’s Committee

STATEMENT OF FACT:
The purpose of this amendment is to reflect upon the changes made to Title IX-
committees via by-law amendments 17.07, 17.08, 17.09, 17.10 and 17.11. This adjusts the
nomenclature to fit said changes.
