Notebook Grading Rubric Guide

This document provides a rubric for grading student notebooks. It evaluates notebooks based on four criteria: name and class identification on the cover, neatness, content organization, and activity completion. Each criteria is scored as good (20 pts), fair (17 pts), or poor (15 pts) based on increasing levels of missing information, drawings, erasures, incomplete activities, and lack of chronological order. A well-organized notebook with all information and activities completed receives the highest score.
