Lexington Armed Robbery Arrests Report

The Lexington Police Department released a press report about two armed robberies that occurred on September 25th and 26th. Treston Rogers was obtained warrants for the September 25th robbery at 1307-B White Street. An investigation also led to warrants for Treston Rogers and Joseph Peoples for the September 26th robbery at 424 North Pine Street. Both suspects were arrested and charged - Treston Rogers with two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon and one count of conspiracy, and Joseph Peoples with one count of each.

Armed Robberies
NARRATIVE

On September 25, 2015 at 3:17 p.m., an armed robbery was reported


to have occurred at 1307-B White Street by two unknown black
males who took the male victims wallet containing cash and a
cellphone.

On September 26, 2015, at 12:32 p.m., an armed robbery was


reported after a male victim was assaulted and robbed at gunpoint
at 424 North Pine Street by two black males. Stolen during the
incident was $280 in cash and a cellphone.

After investigation into the incidents, warrants were obtained on


Treston Rogers for Robbery with a dangerous weapon that occurred
on September 25, 2015 at 1307-B White Street.

Investigation into the incidents also led to warrants being
obtained on Treston Rogers and Joseph Peoples for the robbery
that occurred on September 26, 2015 at 424 North Pine Street.
Both suspects were subsequently arrested and charged.
