AN ACT Relating to: The allocation of $502.00 (Five-hundred and two dollars) from the Student
Events Pool (6272-0200-03) for an event called Paranormal Talk to be held on April 7, 2010.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASWSUV SENATE:
Sec. 1. Honorarium (for both speakers) $ 300
Sec. 2. Travel (gas for Janet from Olympia) $ 40
Sec. 3. Per Diem $ 42
Sec. 4. Lodging $ 120
STATEMENT OF FACT: Advertisements will read “Co-sponsored by ASWSUV” in 14-point
font or font equal to the average size lettering on the advertisement, for all advertising for
the event(s) as required by ASWSUV By-Laws (260.12). All advertisements shall be
approved by the Public Relations Director prior to distribution (260.13).
River Cities Anthropology Club presents a great opportunity for WSU community members to
learn about another side of human psychology. This event, Paranormal Talk, showcases two
speakers including Jeff Davis, the author of “Weird Washington” and Janet Rener, a psychic
clairvoyant. The speakers will introduce interested students with new aspects of understanding
and investigating the paranormal activities.
