AN ACT Relating to: The allocation of $600.00 (six hundred dollars) from the Student Events
Pool (6272-0200-03) for anthropology lectures sponsored by RCAS-Anthropology Club. The
lectures are: 1) “Ecological and Social Consequences of Industrial Pollution in China,” to be
given by Dr. Bryan Tilt, March 2nd, 2006; 2) “Social Experiments on Human Interactions with
Ecosystems,” to be given by Dr. Court Smith, April 11th, 2006; 3) “Recent Research on Bonobos
in the Democratic Republic of the Congo,” to be given by Dr. Frances White, date to be
determined.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASWSUV SENATE:

Sec. 1. An allocation of $600.00 dollars for speaker honorariums


• Lecture by Dr. Bryan Tilt $200.00
• Lecture by Dr. Court Smith $200.00
• Lecture by Dr. Frances White $200.00
Total: $600.00

STATEMENT OF FACT: Advertisements will read “Co-sponsored by ASWSUV” in 14-point


font or font equal to the average size lettering on the advertisement, for all advertising for the
event(s) as required by ASWSUV By-Laws (260.12). The lectures will be open to all students
and held on the WSUV campus.
