Responsible for deepening dealer relationship and managing the end to end sales process for 2W
and non 2W products

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
(List the responsibilities/duties associated with the job)

Repsonsible for the performance of sales reps for acquisitions


Responsible for the entire sales acquisition process
Maintaining and deepening dealer relationships and enhancing dealer counter share
Resolution of exceptions raised by credit and operations in the acquisition process
Allocation of leads generated from the call centre to the sales reps
Review and managing the performance of the sales reps
Target setting, reviews and guidance for the sales reps
Signatory authority for all agreements processed by the sales reps reporting to the team
manager
Coordination with the Field investigation agency
Guiding sales reps in conducting marketing events
