Developing Web Animation using Flash

Adding a Sound File.

1. Launch Macromedia Flash MX 2004


2. Open your [Link] document
3. Add a new layer on top of the Button Layer. Named it as Sound.

Sound
Buttons
4. Choose File > Import > Import to Stage... Locate the _differe-
Asim_Kha-1468 inside the soundclip folder.
5. Select the Sound Layer then from the Library drag the _differe-
Asim_Kha-1468 towards the stage.
6. Select the frame 1 of the Sound Layer. Then at the Property
Inspectors set the following:
Sync: Event – Repeat - 20
7. From the Button Layer, select your Play button and open its timeline.
8. Add a new layer on top and name it as Sound.
9. Insert a keyframe at the Over Frame.
10. Choose File > Import > Import to Stage... Locate the gullbee
inside the soundclip folder.
11. Add this sound effect at the Over Frame of the Button symbol.
12. Do the same for you stop button.
13. Test your movie.
14. Save your work.
