interview/job .
I have divided interview readiness in 5 different segments
.
A.

Physical readiness
You need to be 100% fit.

Has physical strength to work for at least 10-hours day

B. Psychological Readiness
1. Can work without interferences from personal problems
2. Can work independently or with minimal supervision
3. Can present self positively to others
C. Social Readiness
1. Can travel to and from work independently
2. Can manage personal finances
4. Can get along with others
5. Has proper grooming and hygiene
6. Behaves in a socially appropriate way

D. Professional Readiness
1. Has acceptable work habits
2. Can express own abilities, limitations, and
Interests positively and realistically
E. Placement Readiness
1. Exhibits appropriate work attitudes

2. Successfully participate in a job interview


5. Need to prepare a resume

Prepare yourselves for aptitude tests :


Logical Numerical and verbal aptitude tests
And .
Written technical tests followed by machine tests
CV whatever you write you should have proper
knowledge in that.

Things to do before the interview:

Research the company;


Confirm location and time; You can make a demo visit.
Should be well dressed/well groomed.
Reach the venue 30 minutes before the time of interview.
Practice typical questions;
Prepare answers to tough questions;
Prepare appropriate interview attire; and
Prepare the questions to be asked.

Things to bring to the interview:

Extra copies of resume;


Copies of all the testimonials
Pen and notebook; and
List of questions to be asked.

Things to do at the interview:

Greet the employer properly;


Smile;
Maintain eye contact with the interviewer;
Volunteer complete answers; dont use yes no answers.
Use good posture, be polite, and keep eye contact throughout the interview.
Use good listening and communication skills. Listen carefully to the
interviewer and answer their questions as best as you can. Be cheerful and
enthusiastic when talking. Your energy level should be high.
Demonstrate knowledge of company gained through
research;
Show confidence and enthusiasm;
Demonstrate a can-do attitude;
Dont tell lie but diplomatic
Remain calm, poised and confident
Need to be tactful
Influencing the interviewer
