Public Narrative of Off-duty sergeant called 911 to report an intoxicated female inside causing a
disturbance. Upon arrival, officer located a large knife possessed by the
intoxicated female. Said female was cited in lieu of arrest for prohibited
weapon. Said female was then transported to HCMC Special Care due to
her combative disposition and DETOX refusing her.
