What could I change for a better functioning of the subway?

I think that the renewal of the subway and of the infrastructure and the
fluidization, especially in Unirii station, which is the most populated, would lead to
a faster functioning of the subway.
Conclusion
If my opinion and of other people would be taken into account, travelling by
subway would modernize more and the congestion/crowd on lines would diminish.
