Methods of Offending: Befriended victim on a bus in CA , gave her chips and crayons
to draw with her. In the second incident he tried to grab a female jogger on a bicycle path.

manner with a person under 18 years of age with the intent to commit a crime or for the
purpose of arousing or satisfying the sexual desires of this or another person. (ORS
