Reference observations para 119/N, purchase manual provides for


constitution of purchase committee for purchase stores relating to the departments
(Flag “X”).
The constitution of such purchase committee for different development
projects is, therefore, in practice. As precedent the notification of purchase committee
of DERA project is placed at Flag “Y”.
